Search, Screen, and Shortlist

As a heritage BPO company in the Philippines, our in-house recruitment team also has access to a candidate database which has over 130,000 pre-screened applicants. Average times from brief to sending you a shortlist is approximately 2 to 3 days, depending on the role.

With a staffing consultant present to book, assist and facilitate interview sessions, you will feel supported all the way through our recruiting process. At your discretion, interviews can be conducted in our Manila office, on the phone, or via Skype.
