We are a privately held company founded in 2007 by a Sydney-based Husband (Australian) and Wife (Filipino) team. We have an in-house team of 100+ Filipino employees supporting our Australian clients and their Filipino remote teams.

CHRIS JANKULOVSKI DISCOVERS THE CULTURE OF THE FILIPINO WORKFORCE

Chris Jankulovski, after surviving a major brain and kidney operation, decided to take a year off to heal and see the world. He decided to visit a friend living in the Philippines and had the opportunity to collaborate with a Filipino team. Chris was immediately impressed with the Filipinos’ English fluency and dedicated work ethics. He went on to fall in love with a Filipina, marry and have two sons.

FOUNDED REMOTE STAFF

Chris returned to Sydney after traveling for a year and took a position as a marketing consultant for a wealth creation company. He hired Filipino staff to assist with SEO and Telemarketing. Soon, many in Chris’s circle of friends and business associates started to ask Chris for Filipino staff referral. It quickly became clear to Chris that remote working was the future of staffing solutions. Hiring remote Filipino staff to work remotely was advantageous because of:

      • Large pool of skilled Filipino professionals
      • Low labor and living expenses in the Philippines
      • Culture adaptability with fluent English skills

JANKULOVSKI VOWS TO RECRUIT THOUSANDS OF FILIPINO PROFESSIONALS

Chris needed to undergo surgery to remove tumors from his left kidney. He left his marketing consulting job to undergo another perilous operation. He vowed to recruit thousands of Filipinos via Remote Staff if he was given another chance at life.
