Our AI Automation Specialist built an end-to-end customer support triage system using Make and the OpenAI API. What used to take our team 4 hours a day now runs autonomously — classification, routing, and draft responses all handled without human input.
Tim R.
Head of Operations, B2B SaaS Company, NSW
The Prompt Engineer we hired through Remote Staff transformed our content output quality overnight. Prompt pass rates went from erratic to over 92% consistent — and our team stopped spending hours editing AI-generated drafts.
Karen S.
Content Director, Digital Marketing Agency, VIC
Want to see how our AI Specialists work?
One of our AI Automation Specialists recently designed and deployed a sales ops pipeline using n8n, the OpenAI API, and Salesforce. The system automatically extracts key data from inbound emails and PDFs, enriches CRM records, scores leads using an AI classification model, and routes hot leads directly to the sales team with a GPT-generated summary — saving 25+ hours per week and reducing lead response time from 6 hours to under 8 minutes. Work samples, architecture diagrams, and video walkthroughs available on request.
