We’re happy to invest in your long-term offshoring success, covering up to $3,000 in recruitment costs.Our experienced recruiters have local market knowledge, extended network reach and can access key strategicskills at short notice. They are Western-trained and led by our Recruitment Director who has 20 years ofinternational experience.
You only pay for the hours of proven work. If your staff member does not work, due to any reason,you will not be billed. You are only ever billed for the hours where your staff members are loggedinto our system. We validate these hours and monitor your staff on your behalf, so you can be confidentthat they are productively working throughout their shift.
Before the end of the month and prior to payroll being issued, you have the ability to question any working hours.You can challenge productivity, if you feel things were not right. We will suspend pay and investigate,and validate if they were working on work-related activities. These issues are resolved within 2 weeks.You are only ever billed for the hours where your staff members are logged into our system.
If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied.If you’ve given it a go and are still not happy, we offer employee replacement at no cost within the first six months.
We understand that things can change quickly in business.Within the first six months, we have a 24-hr termination notice period.
We will refund any unconsumed hours within two weeks.

Prepaid Billing is for customers managing less than 10 remote staff. With Prepaid Billing
billing, our fees are embedded in the hourly rate of your contractor. Regular Monthly Advanced Billing is for customers managing larger teams. You will be billed in advance for the
month, and any over time, under time credits or currency adjustments apply in next month's bill.
We invest upfront in our relationship by coving the cost of recruitment. You will never have to pay
recruitment costs. However, if you ever wish to move staff off the Remote Staff platform, a placement
fee for doing so will apply.
With Prepaid Billing, our fees are built into the contractors' wages so you know exactly how
much you are spending. You never pay for hours not worked with Remote Staff. Your prepaid
credit is only deducted for the hours your contractors actually work.
