Start by searching the “Available Staff List” to hire to view online resume’s, work samples and portfolios, listen to voice recordings and read feedback notes written by recruiters to determine if the candidate has the relevant skills, talent and experience to warrant an interview.

1) It is free to schedule an interview online or send us an email or give us a call and a Remote Staff representative will assist you in scheduling an interview with your preferred candidate. Pease note that Remote Staff requires a minimum of 2 working days to schedule an interview.

2) You are also able to instantly interview candidates if their status is online and available. These candidates whose online status indicates that they are available for live chat could be interviewed immediately. This instant interview functionality is a great opportunity for you to ask relevant questions to a particular candidate regarding their resume, skill sets, previous work history to assist you with your decision making process. If you find that a particular candidate you are interested in is offline, it is possible to shortlist the candidate to reschedule an interview at a suitable time or to send a short email to ask brief questions relating to the candidate to aid in your selection process.

Four Easy Steps to get started with Custom Recruitment Solutions

  1. As soon as we receive your completed Job specification form and you have agreed to the 7 conditions of agreement of the custom recruitment process, one of our highly trained recruitment officers will contact you to confirm your job specifications, review your requirements and discuss the appropriate staff price point. Once the price point is confirmed you will need to sign the service agreement and fax it back to us before we begin with the custom recruitment process.

  2. Once the recruiting process begins, you can expect that our recruitment officers will extensively source candidates from the Philippines, and now India, using all our proven proactive measures for recruitment. Depending on the difficulty of the job role, endorsements could take anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks.

  3. Once candidates are exclusively endorsed we kindly ask that you review the recommendations within 48 hours of the endorsement due mainly to the fact that the work circumstances of candidates can fluctuate quickly, therefore they do not have the luxury of waiting idle during a drawn out selection process. This ensures you do not lose your candidate to another job offer.

  4. The recruitment team will use your feedback to re-evaluate and adjust their selection criteria if the candidates we endorse do not meet your expectations. We will continue to improve our endorsement procedures until you are satisfied and have selected a candidate that you would like to hire.

Once you have successfully interviewed and confirmed that you would like to begin working with your candidate, you will have two payment options to work with your selected staff member depending on the process used to find your candidate. First you will be given the option to work with those who you confirmed to hire via our online pre-paid trial platform or month-to-month billing system. Those who hire candidates via our custom recruitment process are only able to use our month-to-month invoice billing system.

If you have selected a candidate from our online Available Staff List and you would prefer to experience working with the candidate first before committing to hiring someone on a full time or part time basis, then the pre-paid trial platform will be the best choice for you to begin with.

Alternatively, if you are ready to begin working with your candidate straight away on a full-time or part-time basis, the one-month in advance invoicing system will commence on the first working day your staff is scheduled to work with you.
