- Perform internal quality and compliance audits in accordance with the Quality Management System standards (ISO 9001), Operational Standards in the CORE Operations (First Mile, Last Mile, Sort, Middle Mile), 5S Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as well as verification on the station's adherence to legal and/or statutory requirements.
- Involved in operational risk assessment where necessary
- Accomplishments: Implementation of ISO 9001 Standard or other Management System Standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI) applicable to the area being audited
- Identify processes strengths, gaps, as well as opportunities for improvement
- Conducts internal quality and operational audits at the stations throughout the Philippines
- Raise audit findings through the proper documentation and in accordance with the audit standards set by the company
- Communicate to the auditees the results of audits within the same day the audit is conducted
- Verify the effectiveness of self-audits conducted by the stations
- Conduct Design and Implementation tests, or other audit-relevant activities from time to time.
