- Prepare job descriptions and specifications, write job advertisements, decide how and where jobs will be advertised, create design application forms, and prepare other recruitment material
- Decide on the best recruitment channels and selection method.
- Set the social media communication strategy for roles in collaboration with our management team.
- Source and shortlist applicants, screen application forms, conduct interviews, and cultural fit assessments.
- Support staff on interviewing techniques and selection criteria.

- Manage the HR app, tracking emergencies and paid time off
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Define and manage the onboarding and offboarding process ensuring legal requirements are met and workers are smoothly integrated into the team.
- Send offer letters and email candidates that weren't selected
- Onboard new team members (send an email offer, contract, request ID, 1stweek meeting)
- Set up new team member accounts in the HR system
- Process resignations and conduct exit interview
Payroll:
- Process monthly payroll, cross-referencing leaves and making sure that calculations are accurate.
