- Estimating the quantity of materials to be purchase and other construction take-offs using PlanSwift or BlueBeam
- Sending shopdrawings using AutoCAD, Revit or Sketchup
- Prepares RFI, RFA and responsible for inspection and acceptance of rebar works
- Review plans and cutting list of rebars
- In-charge for concrete pouring of condominium project
- Provide technical advices to supervisors on execution of plans and implementation of structural works

- Jim Carl has been working for 6 years. He has a degree in Civil Engineering. He was exposed to Residential, Infrastructures, Drainage systems, Commercial and Land Development.
- He drafts and revises as-staked plans and as-built plans using AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp. He prepared other documents such as the Bill of Quantities and change order. He estimates the Quantity of materials for purchase for construction take-offs using PlanSwift or Bluebeam. He supervises and ensures the work execution of approved plans and specifications.
