Associate Global Talent Sourcer

- Reviews drafted job posts on platform for needed edits for quality posts to go live.
- Supports editing of up to 700-800 job posts with a collaborating team of Associate Global Talent Sourcers.
- Review and edit job posts for quality posts within 6 hours of posting on a portal for review.
- Runs daily reporting and manual sync on active job posts for hires made on Bullhorn into portal.
- Runs daily reporting through ReDash to push newly registered talent into Bullhorn
- Runs daily reporting through ReDash to push job posts from portal into Bullhorn hourly.
- Manage competing priorities
- Serve as an evangelist and example of the company's values
- Maximizing gross margins by managing pay rates, bill rates, mark-ups, per diem, and other costs
