Cel has a bachelor's degree in Architecture and has been a licensed Architect since 2019. During her undergraduate years, she has been a Dean's lister four times. She has been working for more than 6 years in the Construction industry. She has handled and performed different roles such as Jr. Architect, QS Architect, and Quantity Surveyor. Most of the projects that she handled are in line with architectural structures for local clients in the Philippines. One of the trainings that she has attended recently was the Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH). She is proficient in doing the following tasks:

• Planning designs
• Site inspection
• Contact suppliers and do the purchase orders
• Preparing bid forms and estimates based on the project plan
• Furnish quantity take-offs
• Provide technical evaluation with analysis

The biggest project that she has managed was the mall expansion construction in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines where she handled the architectural works (exterior and interior wall finishes, floor and ceiling finishes)
