- Conducts sourcing and screening of applicants from rank and file to managerial positions through online job postings, job fairs, list of graduates, etc.
- Conducts onboarding process for identified candidates; facilitates pre-employment test administration and conducts the initial interview
- Prepares and presents job offers to candidates; monitors and collects pre-employment requirements
- Prepares, releases, and monitors 3rd and 5th month performance appraisals of probationary employees
