- To train the Newly Hired employees regarding company policies.
- To conduct/ facilitate trainings and exams to the newly hired operators regarding their respective process.
- Assist the new operators with their actual hands- on to their respective area.
- To ensure that the new operators are well trained before endorsing them to their Respective Team Leads.
- Documents, send reports, check and monitor the new operators for their performance within 3 months.
- Clerical works, ensure to meet the target schedules for training, examinations and seminars and conduct re qualification exams for old operators.
