- Source potential candidates using different job boards and social media platforms (Jobstreet, Indeed, Onlinejobs PH, LinkedIn (Recruiter Lite, Kalibrr, Facebook)
- Create job descriptions and identify required skills based on the client’s needs
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial and final interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Conduct data analysis for each role
- Job offer and onboarding
People Operations
- Create and implement HR policies
- Create and constantly update SOPs (Notion)
- Employee engagement
- Keep the HR 201 file confidential and updated
- Create scorecards for performance evaluations/reviews
- Conduct performance review discussions
- Attendance and timekeeping
- Analyze surveys for the company’s improvement
- Email and calendar management
- Other related tasks
