- creates extensive types of Crystal Reports for all company departments namely, Marketing, Accounting, Purchasing, IT, Warehouse, Counter Sales, Credit and Collection and Treasury department on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis;
- supports and maintains current Crystal Reports; prepares varied types of reports such as Sales by Brand, Sales by Salesman, Sales by Customer, Inventory Amount by Brand, Brand Report, Product Sales, Summary of Invoices Per Department, and many more;
- troubleshoots and solves crystal report issues and errors via phone, email or through Spark messenger;
- performs debugging or finding and resolving of defects preventing normal functions of computer software or a system;
- receives and responds report modification requests;
- utilized Microsoft SQL Server to add, update, and delete a specific field in a table, to extract and prepare calibration reporting data;
- works with management to transfer company’s generated Crystal reports to excel spreadsheet data to provide centralized database of data analysis
