You can hire an inbound or outbound quality contact centre employee who has a minimum of 2 years experience working with big American and Australian companies such as Expedia, Dell, InterContinental Hotel, IBM, CitiBank, Dodo, Optus and more! In this price range you can have IT staff with a minimum of 2 years experience. A mid-level IT staff with 2 to 4 years of experience is very rare to get locally and can cost $50k-$90k per year.
