Payroll

We've made billing a breeze

Managing payroll in any country, involves a time-consuming process requiring registration with multiple government agencies and multiple payments, to multiple parties. We simplify things by taking care of payroll for you.

We pay your staff directly into their Philippine bank account at the start of every month. You simply pay invoices directly into our Australian, US or UK bank accounts.

Our billing technology automatically links your contractor's online timesheets to our staff payroll system and your invoice. You are in full control; every week you have the ability to approve overtime or question hours. However, once payroll has been made, you will not have the ability to question worked hours.

For those with 1 or 2 staff, our Prepaid Billing system is easy. You prepay either weekly, fortnightly or monthly in advance, of which you can keep track of through your running credit balance which is charged in real-time at the end of each working day.

You can see, day-by-day, the amount of hours your staff has worked and your current balance. At the end of the month, any unused credit is simply rolled over.

You can easily top up your account and if you are running out of credit, we will notify you in plenty of time; 5 days before your zero balance, then 2 days.

For large teams, we offer a Regular Monthly Advanced Billing system. At the start of the month, you will be billed one month in advance and any overtime/unused credits or currency adjustments are applied to your next month's invoice.

This is calculated on a monthly basis, as opposed to our Prepaid Billing, which is calculated and adjusted on a daily basis.
