Remote Staff only provides contractors to work in full-time or part-time job positions and we never accept project-based work from clients. The main reasons for this is because we seek long term commitments from staff, and staff can’t commit to any employer unless they could work and get paid a full time salary. At Remote Staff we are able to offer committed staff even for part-time position because we provide staff with a second available schedule during main business hours. We do this by offering one part time job with one client working from 9am to 1pm in the relevant time zone, then another client from 2pm to 6pm on that same time zone. Both clients have the right staff member, but on a part-time basis. From the contractor’s perspective, they get to enjoy the security found in a full-time job but with 2 clients.
Why the Philippines? Mainly because we find plenty of educated people who are easier to manage, have attractive skills, who are familiar with Western ways and culture, comprehend and speak good English and have great work ethics. Add to that the fact that Philippine labor is roughly 70% lower in cost compared to that of western countries. This equals quality staff at cost effective prices that we know our business clients value.
