  2. Recruitment feedback notes within resumes as an overall effort to help clients make the right decisions in hiring someone.
  3. We switched invoicing around to 30 days upfront payment as we recognized early that without our clients’ security upfront, we were not able to deliver on our service promise in the international landscape. The companies who have already been established before us accept payments via 3rd party escrow holding accounts.
