Staff are contracted to work in the time zone that suites your business needs

To increase the remote work effectiveness we believe that clients and staff need to work together within the relevant client time zone requirements in Australia, UK, USA and Canada from 9am to 6pm Mon to Fri. When working together, clients could relay instructions directly and receiving feedback immediately from staff.  This is a key process not just for training but to assure that the staff are in fact doing the job the way you expect it to be done.

Remote Staff’s goal is to provide people who could work much like an extension of your own business team, emulating as much as possible the same office-like work experiences you might have with your local team. Unless needed to fulfill irregular working hours, as a guide for the major international business time zones (non-daylight saving) the equivalent Philippine working hours are as follows:

  1. Those with Australian clients work 7AM to 4PM
  2. Those with UK clients work  4 PM to 1 AM

Those with US Clients work 9 PM to 6 AM  (East Coast ),  12 AM to 9 AM (West Coast).
