Remote Staff Fees

Remote Staff adds a minimal fee on top of the contractor’s hourly rate and both Remote Staff and the contracted staff earn an income only when working.  This means Remote Staff and the contracted staff don’t get paid if they don’t work. These fees are fixed and on a scalable approach, not based on percentage formulas but on the type of staff acquired.  With more cost-effective positions Remote Staff’s margins are less, but for specialized positions our fees are higher. This is mostly because these kinds of talents take so much more time and effort to attract and recruit.

Flexible and easy payment methods:

Remote Staff offers two payment methods. First payment method is the regular monthly invoicing system, this is issued at the start of every month based on a 22 working day calendar and is based on a monthly balance accounts system. The second is the PrePaid billing system, in both systems the first month's invoices is paid in advance, but after the first months invoice with the PrePaid billing system clients are able to fully manage their credit any way they like, with account balances happening daily.

Contracted staffs are paid fairly

By hiring a free agent directly, you're paying an hourly rate that is similar to the hourly rates offered by Remote Staff but you would be losing out on all the added benefits, services and security that come with hiring staff from Remote Staff.
