Proposed for and implemented the opening of a retail outlet which had further increased sales of the cooperative and enabled it to be visible and accessible to the members, small hog farmers and the general public. The outlet which started its operations on January 18, 1997, had been also benefiting the other commercial and backyard hog farmers in the northern part of the City and Province of Iloilo. 4. Prepared the project feasibility study and other documentary requirements of a double A abattoir project which enabled the cooperative to avail of a P120 million interest and collateral-free loan from the Department of Agriculture Agricultural Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (DA ACEF), a fund established to finance projects which would enable local industries to compete with foreign counterparts and level the playing field in the arena of global trade.
  14. *She holds a Degree in A.B. Economics at Ateneo de Davao University and pursued post graduate studies on Master in Public Management at the University of the Philippines, Open University (UPOU) year 2006 *She earned nine (9) units of Master in Business Administration (MBA) at the Ateneo de Davao University, Davao City, 1989-1990 *COCOFED Scholar at the Ateneo de Davao University, Davao City, 1977 to 1981
