The outlet which started its operations on January 18, 1997, had been also benefiting the other commercial and backyard hog farmers in the northern part of the City and Province of Iloilo. 4. Prepared the project feasibility study and other documentary requirements of a double A abattoir project which enabled the cooperative to avail of a P120 million interest and collateral-free loan from the Department of Agriculture Agricultural Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (DA ACEF), a fund established to finance projects which would enable local industries to compete with foreign counterparts and level the playing field in the arena of global trade.
